Welcome to Mealful! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mealful mobile application ("App"), website ("Website"), and any related services provided by Mealful ("Service"). By using the App, Website, or Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Mealful App, Website, or Service, you affirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App, Website, or Service.

2. User Information and Privacy

a. When you use the Mealful App, you may be required to provide certain personal information, including your first name, gender, weight, and weight goal. By using the App, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of this information by Mealful in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

b. The Mealful App offers third-party login or signup options through Apple and Google. When you choose to log in or sign up using these third-party services, you are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

3. Use of the App and Service

a. Mealful provides education, support, and motivation for weight loss through nutrition and healthy eating habits. The App allows users to log their meals, find recipes, create meal plans, identify triggers, incorporate physical activities, and track weight progress by uploading body photos.

b. You understand and acknowledge that any advice, suggestions, or recommendations provided by Mealful through the App or Service are for informational purposes only and should not substitute professional medical advice. You should consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your diet or exercise routine.

c. You agree to use the App and Service responsibly and not engage in any unlawful or harmful activities that may compromise the integrity or security of Mealful or its users.

4. Intellectual Property

a. All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Mealful, including the App, Website, and Service, are the exclusive property of Mealful. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from Mealful without prior written consent.

b. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the App, including photos of your body for weight progress tracking. However, by uploading content, you grant Mealful a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute your content solely for the purposes of providing the Service.

5. In-App Purchases

a. Mealful offers in-app purchases in the form of "coins." Coins can be used to access premium features within the App. The purchase of coins is subject to the terms and conditions provided at the time of purchase.

b. All purchases made through the App are processed by the respective app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store) and are subject to their terms and refund policies.

6. Feedback and Suggestions

a. Mealful welcomes feedback, suggestions, and ideas from users regarding the App, Website, or Service. By providing feedback or suggestions, you grant Mealful the right to use and implement your ideas without any obligation to compensate you.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

By using the Mealful App, Website, or Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App, Website, or Service.
