10 healthy desserts that still feel like a treat
Satisfying desserts built on fruit, yoghurt and dark chocolate, for when you want something sweet without derailing your day.

Wanting something sweet after dinner is completely normal. Instead of fighting it, plan desserts that satisfy the craving and fit your goals.
Ten healthy desserts
- Greek yoghurt with berries, a drizzle of honey and crushed nuts
- Two squares of dark chocolate with strawberries
- Baked apples with cinnamon, oats and a spoon of yoghurt
- Banana "nice cream": frozen bananas blended until smooth
- Chia pudding with mango and coconut
- Frozen yoghurt bark with berries and dark chocolate chips
- Grilled peaches or pineapple with a little yoghurt
- Dates stuffed with peanut butter
- Dark chocolate dipped clementine segments
- A small bowl of popcorn with cinnamon
Make room for dessert

If you know you'll want something sweet, plan it into your day. A planned dessert is far less likely to turn into a whole packet of biscuits.
The occasional real treat
These are great for everyday sweetness, but a slice of real cake on a birthday is part of a balanced life too. Enjoy it and move on.
Fit it into your plan
Mealful lets you include snacks and desserts in your plan, so the sweet thing you're looking forward to is already counted in your daily goal.
